The Osa residence is 60 sq.mt./645 sq.ft. and includes one bedroom of 17 sq.mt./182 sq.ft.

One of the luxury residences is designed for persons with disabilities and has zero step entry (no steps required to access the residence).

All bedding in Palazzo Misciattelli is matrimonial, either UK super king (180×200) or European king (160×200). We cannot separate beds into single beds. 

Children aged 12 and over are welcome in the palazzo.
